Welcome

The SR 9/I-95 south of Commercial Boulevard to North of Cypress Creek Road Project has been granted Location and Design Concept Acceptance (LDCA) for the Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study on May 16, 2019. For more information, please visit the Documents & Publications page.

The project is currently in the design phase and includes a new Collector-Distributor (CD) road system, reconstruction of the North Andres Avenue Bridge over I-95 mainline, additional turn lanes at the Commercial Boulevard interchange, reconstruction and widening at the Cypress Creek Road interchange, a new westbound flyover ramp along Commercial Boulevard over North Andrews Avenue, converting a two-lane existing frontage road near the northeast quadrant of intersection of Commercial Boulevard and North Andrews Avenue to a one-lane road, intersection improvements, and providing a bicycle lane along Commercial Boulevard, Cypress Creek Road, and Powerline Road.
